Discount Codes

If a discount code was not applied at checkout, we are unable to issue a refund or adjust the order total after purchase. Please note, no more than 1 discount code is able to be used per order, and they cannot be used in in conjunction with any other discount code.

 

Damages and Order Issues

We hope you love your order, we understand sometimes things go awry. If you receive your order with any damaged or incorrect products please reach out to us via email, and include a short description and image for support.

 

Exchanges & Refunds

As all products are made to order, please carefully read over the dimensions, cost and shipping terms prior to placing your order. Exchanges may only be considered if the items are received damaged or incorrect.  

If you qualify for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that transaction fees are non-refundable.
