Shipping is calculation by region & weight. Our items are fragile however we make sure everything is properly packaged before being collected. We endeavour to have your item shipped within 24 hours. Please note MAGNETS are made-to-order, these may take upto 48 hours to make and ship out. 

All treaties orders are sent without signature required and all risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery. Treaties will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage. Orders are not able to be shipped to P.O Boxes.

Treaties take no responsibility once your order has been collected from us. If your order is lost in transit, we encourage you to contact the courier and make a claim.

If your order arrives broken or damaged, contact us at customerservice@treaties.co.nz with your order number, an image and we will be able to assist you further.

 

NZ SHIPPING

Free shipping for orders over $95.00 NZD. Orders placed weekdays will be processed the following business day, while orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on public holidays.

Once processed, orders generally take up to 1 business day to be fulfilled before getting shipped out as some is made to order. Standard shipping option is overnight within the north island. Rural address’ and south island an additional 2-4 days.

Under $95.00NZD we have a flat rate of $7 for standard shipping option.

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

As we have just launched, we are only shipping within New Zealand. We hope to begin fulfilling orders internationally as soon as possible.
